”The environmental agenda needs to take businesses into account”

Charlotte Andersdotter, International Director and Head of EU Office in Brussels, welcomes Sweden’s strong position in the European Commission, highlighting the importance of influencing the EU’s economic and environmental policies.

– Jessica Roswall’s portfolio, covering environment, water resilience, and a competitive circular economy, is seen as particularly relevant for Swedish businesses. It is vital for the business community that the Commission’s environmental agenda takes industries and businesses into account throughout the next mandate period and forward, she said in a comment.
