The race for skills drives gender equality

Gender equality on the labour market is improving considerably. Not only do women achieve better academic results than men, but women are also holding a growing proportion of managerial positions. The pay gap between women and men is constantly narrowing. Also, management teams and boards are becoming more gender balanced.

This report highlight the developments in the field of gender equality taking place on the labour market. The report also describes the remaining challenges and propose specific initiatives to improve gender equality on the labour market.
